Mt. Rushmore - Trip West

Mt. Rushmore was a very interesting and spectacular place. Even though it is man-made, you can see the skill, time, and hard work that it took to make the carving what it is today. It was really cool, and I got some neat pictures at the park.

I really like the massiveness of this place. The carving is just way up at the top of a cliff ridge.

TJ, Teddy, and Abe between two trees. ;P

This is one of the most cliche shots of Mt. Rushmore, but I had to get one. I think it looks nice anyways ;)

Family picture! :)
Kendra taking a picture of Mt. Rushmore. :)

Thomas Jefferson!

Abraham Lincoln! If you look closely, they eye is just a hole with a small piece sticking out.

Theodore Roosevelt!

George Washington, B&W. :)

Rushmore through the trees. :)
We met Nick Clifford, who actually worked on Mt. Rushmore when it was being carved. It was interesting and he had a book he wrote. :)
That's all I've got for now. Hopefully I can update again soon! :)
